  • Understanding Historic Preservation and why it is beneficial to the community. Attendees will learn the basics of historic preservation, terms commonly used, and the impact historic preservation has within a community.
  • Understanding the importances of knowing the history of a building, site, and neighborhood. Attendees will learn the resources available when researching a historic property and why research is beneficial.
